Due to stringent Health & Safety issues surrounding food preparation & production areas, Warburtons were seeking to address an access problem that prevented them from cleaning structural steelwork & plant above the production areas within their bakeries.

Unable to overcome the problems using conventional access equipment Advance Group were tasked with delivering a Safe, Efficient system that would ensure the highest quality results with the least amount of disruption.

The brief was simple. The bakery would be operational 6 days per week, the window of oppportunity would be between the hours of 6am and 2pm 1 day per week. Everything over 2 metres would require cleaning with no exception. At the end of each shift the Bakery would have to be fully operational with no equipment left on site.
